They installed a new furnace. I am enjoying the new furnace under my house. It's great! I have every compliment for this company! They have been just super. On the last day they were here, more workers came to make sure everything was perfect. The office crew was friendly, very understanding of any problems you have, and they deserve a A rating! JPs was awesome. Our water heater broke. JPs was able to source a replacement and get it installed the day after I called them.
Everyone I spoke with was great. They quickly got a tech out to look, David got me a quote within a hour of inspecting the job.
All the office staff was quick to get back to me on any questions I had. Even their answering service was professional and thorough.
Zack did a great job. The install is professional and he left the site clean. Really enjoying having hot water again!

Finished in about 45 minutes
Showed up on time. Got to work right away. He removed the old leaky faucet and old broken soap dispenser. Installed the new faucet and soap dispenser. Cleaned up after the work was done. Gave me tips on how to clean the aerator and best way to fill the soap dispenser. Got rid of the old stuff and was finished in about 45 minutes.

Other contractors did not want the job
Most of the other contractors did not want the job because it was not an easy one. JP's did a very detailed quote to give the best price possible for the job. So far everything is good with the system.

Reasonably Priced
Great service, quick reponse, reasonable! My water heater decided to spring a leak. I was referred to JP's, they sent Zack out within the hour. He got it fixed and it was reasonably priced, especially on a holiday. Thank you!!!!

Fast Response!
Discovered pipe leak which could flood my basement. I called JP's Plumbing around 7:00pm. I got an immediate answer from call service saying serv. Rep. Would call me in less than an hour. The rep.(Zack) called less than hr. Later we decided to repair it next day after I cut the water off. By 12:00 the following day Zack arrived and did the repairs. Satisfied less than 24 hours from my initial call. Price was extremely reasonable. Zack was polite, courteous and professional.

Gave information needed
We needed a second opinion about a problem we were having with our shower. We had two estimates from other providers with pretty drastic pricing differences. Tommy came out and did a thorough inspection to point us in the right direction. While they do not do tile repair, he gave us the information we needed to move forward. Would use them again for plumbing issues.

I trust them in my home
I was really pleased with them. They fixed the immediate problem. The fuse went out again and they came out for free. They actually left me a bunch of fuses since it was found that a mouse that was probably causing the problem so I could change out the fuse. They even taught me how to change the fuses. That was really incredible! It wasn't there fault at all that they had to come back out and could have charged me again. It actually has not happened again. I really trust them to diagnose and fix the problem. They have also done little thoughtful things. For example, they put a little mark on the furnace about which way the air flows so I would know which way to put the filter in as it wasn't very obvious. They have also done regular maintenance for me. They are efficient and nice and I trust them in my home.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says "There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class." I chose JP's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend JP's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

End of Problem
Heat pump was tripping circuit breaker. Another company replaced the circuit breaker. It still continued to trip. JP,came out and discovered we needed a higher amperage breaker and put one in. End of Problem.

Professionalism is Outstanding
December 23 my HVAC bit the dust. Called 4 contractors and JP's were the only company that could locate and install a new Trane unit (at the best price) within about 8 days, not the 6-8weeks I was quoted by everyone else. They delivered 100%, kept me informed and have followed up. Their response, pricing, knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. I highly recommend.
